Exchange Policy

• Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Only unused, unopened, and undamaged items in original packaging are eligible.
• Exchange is only possible for the same product or one of equal value.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable for:
  • Wrong item received.
  • Damaged product on arrival (with photo proof).
• Refund requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used personal care products
• Items bought during promotional sales or with discount codes
